Waterfall No. 6 beckons travelers

(15:02:32 PM 12/12/2013)
( - When visiting the northern province of Ha Giang with its winding roads, mighty mountains, terraced fields and waterfalls, travelers should drop by the Waterfall No. 6 at the center of Ha Giang City to enjoy its cool water after a long journey.

Located six kilometers from Ha Giang City as you head towards Thanh Thuy border gate, the waterfall is a favorite for local residents to gather at weekends to go swimming or fishing. Travelers will feel pleasant when traveling on the road to the waterfall spotting green fields, buffalos and bamboo trees. Sceneries near the fall are even more eye catching with huge cliffs and limpid water. On the right hand side, there is also a large grassy area that is an ideal place for local people to take wedding photos.

Some residents told us to visit the fall during summer time, when the fall pours down strongly and rainwater fills up small ponds. However, remember to wear suitable shoes to the waterfall as there are many cliffs and rocks.
