New regulation on land price
(12:00:11 PM 21/11/2014)According to the Decision, the land price applied for two type of land: agriculture land and non-agriculture land. The urban land has the lowest price of 40,000 VND per m2 applied for urban land class V of the North Central region. The special urban land has the maximum price of 162 million VND per m2, applied for the urban in the Red River Delta region and the Southeast region.
The land price in rural areas is classified by the economic zones. Accordingly, the land in mountainous areas of the Central Highland has the lowest price of 15,000 VND/m2; and the land in Red River Delta has the highest price of 26 million VND/m2.
The frame of land price stipulated in the Decision shall be the basis for provinces and cities to form and regulate their own land price frame, in accordance with the Vietnam Land Law.

Farmers ignore shrimp warning
