Korea continues to support Vietnam in protecting environment

(Tinmoitruong.vn) - Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment (VACNE) and Human and Environment Forum of Korea (HEF) have recently held the signing ceremony of cooperation on the environment with the win-win goal .

This is a new step in the cooperation in order to concretize the Memorandum of Understanding signed by HEF and VACNE earlier. It is time to concretize the commitment between the two countries environmental ministers.


Accordingly, South Korea government pledged to support Vietnam in developing and implementing policies on environmental protection, green growth, especially in the field of pollution treatment, waste management, environmental improvement development, industrial and environmental technology, cooperation on biodiversity conservation, supporting training and capacity building.


In addition, VACNE and HEF has collaborated with 9 business leaders of Vietnam and South Korea to sign a memorandum of understanding for 7 projects of environmental protection.
