(14:18:18 PM 15/11/2014)
This project is to disseminate new energy technologies for Vietnam to reduce the effects of carbon emissions in buildings. NEDO will provide Building Management System (BMS) in managing energy in big hotels and buildings in Vietnam. When the pilot project ends, both sides will have an assessment of the carbon emissions reduction to go further agreement and cooperation.
Initiated by Japan, the Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) is to boost bilateral cooperation with developing countries in green-house gas emission reduction via Japanese advanced low-carbon technologies adoption. There are 12 countries that signed memoranda of understanding for the JCM with the Government of Japan.
