Women in Music 2014: tales of fashion-music connection

(17:04:41 PM 01/08/2014)
( - The musical night Women in Music 2014 will be held by Elle Vietnam magazine at 7 p.m on August 4th at the Opera House, located at 7 Lam Son Square in District 1, HCMC.

The stories of four female artists will be told during the musical night. They are Phuong Vy, Van Mai Huong, Pham Thu Ha, and Vu Cat Tuong. They play an important role in connecting fashion with music.

In their performing arts, they always want themselves to shine on the stage, and to be able to attract audiences to their performances. Meanwhile, when they sing, they want their audiences to always remember their music.
From the inspiration of four lead singers’ music, four fashion designers Adrian Anh Tuan, Vo Cong Khanh, Lam Gia Khang, and Thuy Nguyen will present their fashion collections in the theme of connecting fashion and music.
Composer Duc Tri is the musical director of the program, while Dzung Yoko is responsible for stage designing for the musical night. Women in Music 2014 is modeled after Elle’s program that was held overseas in places such as the United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore.
