Ninh Thuan – the land of sunlight and wind in pictures

Vinh Hy Bay is about 42 km from Phan Rang-Thap Cham. It belongs to Vinh Hai commune, Ninh Hai district. The bay was voted by Travel and Leisure magazine as one of the must-see destinations in 2014.
