Urgently find out causes of massive fish death in Sa huynh

(Tinmoitruong.vn) - ​Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) has directed competent agency to urgently find out causes of the massive death of fish in fish farms in Sa Huynh .

The direction was given in a recently-issued Document of the PPC dated August 20.

Accordingly, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is asked, in coordination with relevant bodies, to determine the causes and soon report the PPC on resolutions to recovering the aforesaid problem.

The report must be submitted to the PPC before deadline August 22.

Earlier, as many as media posted news about the massive dead fishes occurred in some fish farms at Sa Huynh sea and causes have not been identified yet.

As released by local residents, the damage can be due to polluted seawater of the farms.
